Accommodation has been arranged for all the participants on sharing basis in Hotel/Hostel approximately 15 km away from the venue.

If any participant wishes to  manage their own accommodation, organizers must be informed in advance (aonsa2024.local@gmail.com). Such participants should also manage their daily travel to the venue of neutron school at their own expenses.

The “accommodation charges” is for the whole period of six nights (23 -29 November 2024), and any participant wishing to attend for lesser number of days would be required to pay the full amount. Kindly note that the accommodation is on sharing basis.

Accommodation charges include stay at Hostel during 23-29 November 2024 (six nights). This also includes daily pick-up/drop between hostel and neutron school venue.

Accommodation would be at Hotel Tunga (Four Star hotel at Vashi, Navi Mumbai)

You are requested to kindly book your accommodation by 31 July 2024 at a special rate of ~US$100 per night.
